Valentina Patruno Macero is a pageant titleholder, was born in Caracas, Venezuela on September 6, 1982. She was the official representative of Venezuela to the Miss World 2003 pageant held in Sanya, China in December 6, 2003, when she placed in the 7th place. Patruno, who stands 5′ 8″ (172 cm) tall, competed in the national beauty pageant Miss Venezuela 2003, on October 16, 2003 and obtained the title of Miss World Venezuela. Also won the special awards of Best Face, Miss Internet and Miss Popularity. She represented Miranda state. Patruno, previously won the Miss Italia Nel Mondo 2001 beauty pageant, held September 2, 2001 in Salsomaggiore, Italy, where she represented the United States.
